Trinity College Chapel Choir

The Trinity College Chapel Choir is a 28 voice SATB choir performing repertoire from Renaissance masters to living composers. The choir rehearses three hours weekly and performs a new set of music each Wednesday evening for Choral Evensong in the Trinity College Chapel. The Director of Music is renowned organist and choral conductor Dr John Tuttle. Auditions are welcomed from students of any division of the University of Toronto, and of any religious perspective. Auditions normally occur in September, but can also be arranged mid-year. In either case, contact the Director of Music for details (j.tuttle@utoronto.ca).

Each year, 10 Choral Scholarships are awarded to provide up to $1000 of private voice lessons. The Choral Scholarships are renewable and are open to both new and returning singers. At the Director of Music's discretion, students are occasionally permitted to apply Choral Scholarships toward tuition, particularly when the student is from the Faculty of Music.
